Visited Henley on Thames branch on a Wednesday bought a pair of boots and in the shop discovered one was size 9 & the other size 10. Ordered size 9 boots to be delivered told they would arrive either Friday or Saturday.Tuesday of the following week after numerous calls am told DPD attempted delivery & despite waiting with bates open entire day now told they should arrive Thursday.Cancelled order everyone apologetic but don’t competent service!Ca

Good quality products. Well designed and can be returned with free postage.

I ordered a small top based on their recommendation. After much waiting received. Too small and didn’t think it was of good quality. Unable to return. Apparently with Covid they only accept if damaged. With Covid I only order online so must sometimes return. Will never order from them again

Very satisfied with their customer services and prompt replacement of faulty walking shoes. Emailed yesterday and replacement shoes arriving today. Very good company.

Another great company to do business with, the staff are real and not virtual... customer service is still paramount here with a dedicated focus on satisfaction..They all have good technical knowledge about their products & services, and the very best thing is "they are a British company selling British manufactured goods.buy from them and support them...

Wow! What a fantastic pair of jeans, feel like silk, great amount of stretch, modern cut (at last) can’t fault - will buy more. To be very picky a ‘Rohan’ badge would be nice somewhere on the back pocket perhaps?Also I ordered these yesterday during lockdown and received them today, Saturday!Doubly impressed- keep up the good work Rohan

I have just bought a waterproof jacket from the Rohan shop in Manchester,I would like to praise Jazz who served me. She was so polite knew all about the product and it was a nice change to be treated well. Jazz is a credit to your company.

Just to say to David Riley, my dialling finger (not fingure!) dialled the number that Rohan provided me with, which turned out to be the WRONG number.However, my saga became even more comical today when I received a call from Rohan customer services asking me why I wanted to speak with them. I explained that I didn't want to speak with them, and that it was they who asked me to call them (in the post below!) as a result of my review. They had nothing meaningful to say about this very poor value for money Windshadow jacket.As I mentioned in my initial post, I have purchased a variety of Rohan items over the years, but always from a store, where you can see, feel and importantly, try on the articles before deciding to buy. I have always previously been impressed with the quality of the product, but this lesson has taught me not to trust images of the items that are shown on the website. I certainly won't be buying from the Rohan website again.

I posted a review below of my purchase of the Windshadow jacket. You kindly responded, asking me to call your customer services on 0800 840 1144. I called this morning and my call was answered by Talk Talk, who then wanted to sell me a new mobile and broadband services! Come on Rohan, pull your act together, it goes from bad to worse. Firstly, shoddy product, now shoddy customer service too!

I have bought a few items of Rohan clothing over the years and always been very impressed with their comfort and ability to last, and have always been happy to pay a little more for what I felt was a good quality product. However, I have recently purchased a "light weight Windshadow jacket". At approx £55 it was reduced significantly from the original price, so I had hoped I was getting a good deal. I can honestly say, its the worst value piece of clothing I have ever bought. Its certainly very light weight, very similar to your average bin bag, in weight, texture and feel. Though it does have two very small zip-able pockets! This has put me off buying anything from Rohan over the web, ever again - appalling value for money!

Absolutely abysmal and very rude customer service in the Bath store. Just could not believe it.That said, Rohan's products are usually very good, but with an inflated price tag to match.
